Safety Microlearning
I led a small team that created microlearning content which received consistently high positive learner feedback (4+ stars). I managed the content strategy for EdApp’s manufacturing category on their content library. Reaching weekly content targets along with client work. I frequently produced content across construction and hospitality.
- Prioritised content based on customer demand and industry trends.
- Aligned modules to the US and Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
Design approach
To meet rapid delivery timelines, I created vector-based animations to communicate safety-critical information efficiently. As construction safety imagery is niche category on stock photo sites, quite often the they don’t meet the high WH&S standards of the US and Australia.
