Developed learning and change adoption strategy for video production tooling change for a 10‑person cohort; improved team learning culture, productivity and output quality. This shift presented both a technical and adoption challenge. Through structured hand-on workshops and 1:1 mentoring, I helped the team transition from MS Clipchamp and Camtasia to Adobe Premiere Pro. As a result there was an improvement in the team’s learning culture, productivity and output quality.
