Delivered 28 performance-support learning modules, sequenced into a learning pathway, to supplement low-attendance webinars to improve process clarity across a distributed workforce. NSW Health operates across 220+ facilities statewide. Operational inconsistencies across Local Health Districts (LHDs) resulted in recruitment system errors, increased help desk demand and delays in candidate processing. It contributed to a wider strategy that helped reduce help desk calls from system errors. The soft launch saw a six-fold increase in engagement.
